City of Lexington Closure

City Hall will be closing at 12:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 3, 2022. Weather permitting we will open at 1:00 p.m. Friday, February 4, 2022. To pay your bill, please visit our website www.cityoflexingtontx.com or call 1-888-507-3442. There is also a drop box located behind City Hall and one located on the building along Third Street.
Lee County Burn Ban Lifted

Booster Shot Clinic

On Wednesday, January 12, 2022 a Booster Shot Clinic will be held from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. at the Lexington Memorial Park Building located at 9035 US 77, Lexington, TX 78947. Masks will be required. Please bring vaccine card, picture identification, and wear a short sleeve shirt.

If interested, please pick up an application from City Hall at 604 Wheatley or visit our website (www.cityoflexingtontx.com). For additional information you may call 979-773-2221 ext 3. City Hall is opened Monday – Friday from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m (closed 12-1 for lunch). Pay depends on qualifications. This position will remain open until filled.

National Night Out

The City of Lexington celebrates its Police, Fire, EMS and other Service Departments. This evening will be an opportunity to strengthen our community spirit by participating in a fun evening of meet-and-greet neighbors and celebrate the Local Men and Woman who help provide a safer community for us to live in. Tonight’s event will kick off at 6 p.m. downtown on the City Square.
Upcoming Shot Clinic

Due to the increase in positive COVID cases in Lee County, a walk-up vaccination clinic hosted by state and local officials as well as the National Guard, is scheduled for Thursday, August 26, 2021, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Giddings Public Library. Advanced registration will not be required. There will be a choice between the two-shot Moderna vaccine for adults and the two-shot Pfizer vaccine for those twelve and older.
