Public Information Request

The City of Lexington provides the following ways for you to submit your public information request.

 

Hand Delivery or Mail

You may request a form from the City Hall and hand deliver or mail it.

Written Form

You may submit a request to the City Secretary by mail to PO Box 56, Lexington, TX 78947, Fax: 979-773-3649 or email to tina@cityoflexingtontx.com.

For police related records, by mail to PO Box 60, Lexington, TX 78947, Fax: 979-773-3655 or email to chiefgarza@lexingtonpdtx.com.  

You may submit your request in any written form, including by electronic mail, fax, or letter.

Good to Know

Please note that for a public information request to be valid, it must be submitted in writing to the City.
