We are excited to announce that the City of Lexington has implemented a new utility billing software and online payment system, which provides significant improvements to utility billing and online payment services. With this new billing system, there is a new bill design and your account number will be changing.
Please be advised that the current Auto Pay (draft) feature will be transferred to the new online portal. Customers currently signed up for the Auto Pay feature will not be required to set up their checking or savings account information on the new online portal.
The City of Lexington recently partnered with Continental Utility Solutions, Inc. (CUSI) to offer our utility customers with a modern digital portal where you may access detailed information about your utility account. You may reach the portal on at https://lexingtoncity.azurewebsites.net
To register for this service, just enter your billing account number and the phone number associated with your utility account . You may then access all your utility data as soon as it becomes available each billing cycle, your account information, billing and payment history, and service and consumption summaries.
Under the user profile section, you may also sign up for e-bills, a pdf version of your statements that you can view, download and print on demand. You will receive your e-bill on the same day it is generated, allowing you to stay up to date with your account and make timely payments.
You can also select “Quick Pay” to make a payment online without creating an account.
