Sidewalk Construction Downtown

The anticipated downtown sidewalk improvements are set to start in the next couple of weeks and are estimated to be complete in November 2023, weather permitting.
The project will focus on upgrading the infrastructure above ground, removing and replacing concrete sidewalks, and installing ADA curbs and ramps to improve the flow and safety for pedestrians in the downtown area.
Be prepared for possible lane closures and one-way traffic to allow the contractors to demo the existing sidewalks and pour new concrete.
Please be patient with construction crews and use caution when traveling in the downtown area as we upgrade our downtown square. The end product will be well worth it.
